In June of 2018, I needed to sell my family’s home. All my family, including me, are out of town. I contacted Chris to list the home. He suggested the list price, furnished comparable listings (ours was a difficult property to find comps that were suitable)and suggestions for maximizing the home’s value. Not living in town, Chris was my eyes and ears. He facilitated carpet cleaning, checked on the mowing, pulled weeds prior to an open house, checked the pool to assure the cleaning had been completed, referred me to someone that could eliminate the well water issues and handled the replacement of a septic tank. I could go on. At the end of the day, we had 2 full-price offers and the closing was within 45 days of listing. Chris knows how to deal with emotions when dealing with family members both professionally and skillfully. Needless to say, I highly recommend Chris Harrison as your next real estate agent.

I had the pleasure of working with Zane on purchasing our family’s home. It was a 9-month long process as we were moving from CA to IL but at no time did I ever feel rushed, pressured or anything negative from Zane. We offered on 1 house on our first visit, and 9 days later were outbid as we were contingent on our house selling, We made a second trip and found another home. We ran into some bad luck as our CA realtor was terrible and it took us 70 days to get rid of him and once our house went into escrow we got the inspection report on the 2nd house we bid on. Now in a time crunch, as our house was due to close in 18 days we made a 3rd trip to view even more house and we found our current home and can’t be any happier then we are now. Zane never had a problem making time to view homes with us, he was always polite, and his knowledge of the process was EXCELLENT. Brandon was very personable and patient as this was my first home buying experience. I think he will make a great realtor! He was knowable about options, location, and telling me what to expect for the whole process. He also stayed on my level and gave me tips while still explaining the process.

Zane Peterson was the best!! It took about 8 months from start to finish of choosing a new home, selling my current home, and buying our new home. He was patient and attentive throughout the process.
