Kelly Poole

Hi All! I am really looking forward to working with everyone! My name is Kelly Poole. I have a wonderful, supportive husband named Bill and we have 4 wonderful children, Joseph, Daniel, Priscilla, and Preston.

We reside in Mt Zion and moved to Illinois in 2019 from Southern California. The biggest question about our move is "why Decatur?" To be honest, we looked around many states long and hard and when we came across Decatur, we did some research. We liked the location, the cost of living, the job market, and most of all the friendly people.

Living in Southern California all our lives, all we knew was fast-paced life, and coming out here we realized we could slow down and enjoy our lives and most importantly our kids' lives. We have come to really love our community and the surrounding cities.

As for hobbies I love to spend time with my family, I like to bake and play with new recipes, I also enjoy getting out and exploring to see what different areas have to offer, going to antique stores, and going to my kids' sporting events.

I got into real estate because I enjoy helping others. My past experience trying to sell my home was not great and I actually started off with a pretty shady agent. After that ordeal, I felt so blessed with the beyond helpful, honest agents that helped me sell my home and also helped with the purchase of my home here in Illinois.

I want to be that helpful, honest agent who can make a difference by helping someone find their home, and I aim to make it a positive experience every time!
